Managing Director

Golden Rice is the first company of international standard in Cambodia, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and technology for processing, milling and packaging rice for export markets.

Golden Rice is currently seeking motivated candidates to fill the position of Managing Director of its factory.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the factory;
• Supervising and controlling production chain, budget spending, material efficiency, engineering effectiveness, and human resources;
• Supervising and managing employees;
• Establishing strong working relations with clients;
• Reporting regularly to the President.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor or Master of Business and Administration or in Engineering;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with solid factory management skills;
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, clear planning and decision making;
• Self-motivated and proven ability to take initiative for problem solving;
• Strong human resource management skills and good knowledge of labor law;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including sound negotiation and liaison skills;
• Fluent in English both writing and speaking and knowledge of French will be considered an asset;
• Good organizational and time management skills.
